These terms apply whenever you book a clearance with House Clearance Removal.

Quotes and pricing

Guide prices shown on our website are indicative only. The exact price for your job is confirmed before any work begins, based on the amount and type of material, access to the property, and distance from our base where relevant.

Access

You're responsible for ensuring we have safe, reasonable access to the property and items to be cleared at the agreed time. Additional charges may apply if access is significantly different to what was described when the quote was given.

Ownership of items

By asking us to remove an item, you confirm that you are entitled to dispose of it. Once removed, items become the responsibility of House Clearance Removal for appropriate reuse, recycling or disposal.

Cancellations

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Liability

We take reasonable care when working in and around your property. Please point out any items of particular value, fragility or sentimental importance before work begins.
