How quickly can you clear my property?
For single items or small loads, we can often fit you in within a few days, sometimes next-day. Full house clearances usually need a little more notice, but we always try to work to your timescale, including fast turnarounds for landlords and completions.
How much does house clearance cost?
It depends on how much there is to clear. See our Prices page for guide bands, from a single item through to a full van load. Full house clearances are quoted individually once we know what's involved, and the price is always agreed before we start.
Do I need to be present during the clearance?
Not necessarily - many customers, especially landlords and those managing a clearance from a distance, arrange access and aren't on site the whole time. We're happy to discuss the best arrangement for your situation.
What happens to the items you take away?
Wherever possible, we sort what we collect: usable furniture and belongings are donated to local charities, and materials are recycled where we can. Only genuine rubbish is taken to licensed waste disposal sites.
Can you clear a property for a bereavement or as part of probate?
Yes - this is one of our most common types of clearance. We work sensitively and at a pace that suits your family, and can liaise with executors, solicitors or estate agents if that's helpful.
Do you deal with hoarding situations?
Yes, with care and without judgement. We're experienced in clearing heavily cluttered or hoarded properties, working room by room at an agreed pace, and can work alongside family members or support professionals where needed.

Yes, we operate as a fully insured house clearance service, giving you peace of mind while we're working in and around your property.

Can you give me a quote without visiting the property?
Often, yes. For many jobs we can give an accurate guide price over the phone or from a few photos sent by email or WhatsApp. For larger or more complex clearances we may suggest a quick visit to confirm the price.
Do you clear gardens, garages, lofts and sheds as well as houses?
Yes - alongside full house clearances we regularly clear garages, lofts, sheds, gardens and outbuildings, either as part of a larger job or as a standalone service.
